WORKERS' COMPENSATION DEFENSE
Following commencement of representation, a comprehensive analysis of all issues will be provided with an aim towards aggressive and expeditious resolution. The injured worker and Medical-Legal Examiners will be skillfully deposed to facilitate early resolution, when possible. However, when Board intervention is necessary, the claims will be aggressively litigated. All appellate remedies will be explored and pursued, when necessary. Thereafter, the liens will be resolved expeditiously.
RATING CONSULTATION
An expeditious review of Medical-Legal reports will be provided along with a full rating and exposure analysis. This will ensure that the plan of action and determinations on settlement authority are made from a position of clarity and confidence.
§4553 AND §132a CLAIMS
In cases where the injured worker raises an allegation of §4553 Serious and Willful Misconduct or a violation of Labor Code §132a, all of the circumstances surrounding the allegation will be analyzed. Thereafter a legal strategy will be devised to minimize any potential exposure.
CROSS-EXAMINATIONS
Determinations of the Medical-Legal Examiners can significantly impact both the topography of a case and its exposure. With years of experience in handling complex cases, a skillful approach to cross-examinations of experts will be utilized. ​
WALK-THROUGH SETTLEMENTS
Bringing a claim to closure should not be impeded by issues related to the submission of the settlement documents. Our walk-through services will cover all aspects necessary to achieve the Order Approving Compromise and Release or Award.
